The Power of Connection Experinece
What if we measured a support group not by how much information was shared, but by whether people left feeling more connected than when they arrived?
Connection isn't something we innately have. It's something we practice and develop. Like any exercise, we must continue practicing to maintain and grow it.
People know we need exercise. Many don't know why we need connection.
Exercise strengthens the body. Connection strengthens our ability to live well together.
